Terms & Conditions

CONTRACT OF HIRE

The contract is between the hirer and the owner of the property, MRS J J MOSEDALE. The contract comes into effect when the hirer receives written confirmation of the booking; the hirer then becomes responsible for the total rental of the property for the period booked. The booking will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit of 150 euros, the balance to be paid 60 days before check-in date. If the start of the holiday is less than 60 days the total amount of the rental is to be paid on booking.

CANCELLATION

Notice of cancellation must be made IN WRITING. If the cancellation is less than 60 days from the start of the holiday period, there will be no refund unless the accommodation can be re-let.

LIABILITIES

The use of all accommodation and amenities is entirely at the hirer’s risk. Security of vehicles, baggage and personal belongings is the responsibility of the hirer at all times and the proprietor can accept no liability for loss or damage to any car, its contents or any personal property, nor for any accident caused during the use of the swimming pool or on any part of the premises during the hirer’s stay.

HIRER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

The hirer is responsible for the property during his stay and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. The apartment and all equipment, utensils etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period. Any breakages or damage to any part of the property must be reported and paid for (NOT REPLACED). Any malfunction within the apartment should be reported immediately.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE

THE HIRER IS STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE WHICH INCLUDES CANCELLATION, PERSONAL BELONGINGS, PUBLIC LIABILITY, ETC.
